Description
The national flag of Bolivia was originally adopted in 1851. The state flag and ensign (and war flag) is a horizontal tricolor of red, yellow and green with the Bolivian coat of arms in the center. The civil flag is the same horizontal tricolor of red, yellow and green, but without the Bolivian coat of arms. The red color represents the blood shed by Bolivian heroes for the birth and preservation of the Republic; yellow represents wealth and resources; and green represents the richness of natural areas as well as hope, a foundational value of Bolivian society.
4′ x 6′ nylon flag with white canvas heading and brass grommets for outdoor use.
