Description
The Army National Guard is the oldest branch of the U.S. military, dating back to American colonies as far back as 1636. The English colonists drew civilians into organized militias as a way to protect themselves. Some units of the Massachusetts Army National Guard derived from these organized militias. The Army National Guard received its title officially in 1798.
Our durable outdoor nylon 3′ x 5′ Army National Guard flags are finished with a white canvas heading and brass grommets are designed to be flown outdoors either on an in-ground roped flagpole or attached directly to a wall mounted flagpole.
