Flags finished with a pole sleeve or a pole sleeve with golden fringe are designed for indoor or presentation use. Flags with a pole sleeve only can also be used as outdoor banners attached directly to a wall mounted flagpole. Flags with a pole sleeve cannot be used on an in-ground roped flagpole.
