POLE SLEEVE FINISHING: Flags finished with a pole sleeve or a pole sleeve with golden fringes are designed for indoor or presentation use. Flags with a pole sleeve only can also be used as outdoor banners attached directly to a wall mounted flagpole and cannot be used on an inground roped flagpole.
