Description
The current Salt Lake City flag was created and put into circulation in October of 2020. The design is a collaboration between two high school students that was picked among hundreds in a city-wide competition. The flower in the canton (upper corner) is the Utah state flower, the Sego Lily. The lily also has a gold stamen that is meant for prosperity and growth of the city. The band of blue represents justice while the white band represents peace. These are two major focuses for the city. ⚠ Prop 65 WARNING
